Note:
Paypal fee of 3.9% + $0.50 is applicable for Singapore registered account.
Paypal fee of 4.5% + $0.50 is applicable for Oversea registered account.

Shipping & Handling:
All prices will be quoted base on orders size and weight. Overseas orders will be shipped by Singapore post (International first class with tracking) registered article service (< 2kg) or Speed post services. Full insurance on larger items is recommended. The list of global standard timeline for delivery is available at www.singpost.com for references.

Please kindly notify us for any urgent orders (datelines or urgent needs .etc) and we will charge and use DHL global express service.

All Lithium batteries or products containing batteries will be shipped by DHL or FedEx services. Due to being Dangerous Goods.

All orders received after 6pm local Singapore time, will be processed within the next working day (Public holidays not included). Any delay in delivery or shipping, buyer will be notify by us via email. Our standard delivery for small and ready-to-go items (Non runs or pre-launched sales) are 2-3 working days, excluding festive and public holidays.

Some delay in shipping maybe due to the following factors : – Out sourced services schedules, components availability, large orders to handles or project datelines, weather, terrorism and natural disasters.

Should the case of failed delivery or missing parcel occurred due to the logistic provider and buyer’s local delivery agent circumstances etc, we will proceed via the shipping/logistic provider’s standard process for claim with their stated numbers of working days. In which after we cleared the claim and received the reimbursement, we shall refund accordingly. Do understand and kindly allow us to coordinate and allow time for this, as it is not within our control.

Return Policy:
Item(s) must be returned within 14 working days of receipt of product. You are responsible for paying return shipping on a case-by-case basis. Do allow a period of 7-14 working days for refund after return is accepted. Any form of intrusive or abnormal usage and self tampering with purchased product(s) will immediately void our limited period (case-by-case basis)  warranty for workmanship.

Returning Terms & Conditions:
Every return case(s) have to be reported via email immediately upon receiving the package.  If there is a problem or issue, we will assess and decide if we will offer any refund or one-to-one exchange. If in any case the delivered item was damaged in shipping, we will go into claiming process with our handlers, carrier or shipping agent, do understand and kindly allow us to coordinate and allow time for this, as it is not within our control.

Please contact us for any sales related clarifications before making full payment. In which after all sales are final.

Plaque & Stand Bundle
While we may do our best to present the closest mock up for the design sign off, do understand that all images shown on our website, social media or our mock up is just a general form of illustration. Please make careful communication to us via email stating all requirement(s) clearly. Once signed off, any dispute after product delivery will not be refunded. Please refer to our design schematic drawing as reference to us in order to customise your own plaque.

Production
Any images provided from the client must not be offensive or violate any obvious intellectual properties that had been marked with Trademarks etc. Internet or other sourced images will be vetted for production viability before any design work can begin. Application viability to the design will be advised by our design team, if it is not applicable, alternatives may be suggested but is capped at 1X proposal.

Delivery Timeline
It will take 10 to 12 working days to send off to shipping after final plaque design is signed off. Orders received after 6pm local office hours will be considered as next day order. (Weekends and public holiday excluded).

Please kindly notify us for any urgent orders (datelines or urgent needs .etc) and we will re-process and use DHL global express service.

CIG’s 3D Printed Plaque Stand
It will be printed in sturdy Black coloured 3D PLA filament. The plaque’s fit in area will be tailored to our own plaque’s size as stated +/- on our website page, we will not be responsible for it to fit any OTHER plaque(s) whether it is stated as same sized from OTHER VENDORS or not, any alternate fitting or sizes will be possible only under any new custom plaque commission project.

Artist Signature
We do not replicate/reproduce any form of Artist / Celebrity’s signature as a form of respect to them.

–|Commission for Installation / Repairs|–

Commission for Installation / Repairs:
Any commission / repair works have to be pre-discussed over a detail brief  agreed upon between us before any form of payment or work commence.

Installation / repair will go strictly according to what is being conveyed and agreed in the customer’s brief. Once final delivery reaches the customer’s hands (Shipped), please report immediately to us if there are installation related issues etc (Do NOT attempt to fix or tamper with the product), via email  (within 2 – 3 working days upon receiving), there will be a limited warranty for our workmanship ONLY.  Terms and condition applies*

*Important Notes:
Any misuse, abuse and attempt to self fix, tampering or dismantling will void the warranty instantly. We absolutely reserved the rights to REFUSE any request for remedy / refund / trouble shooting investigation, should any tampering is suspected or is involved.

Electronic installations that involves PCB
Supply from customer (New and unopened, used, or already installed within a prop send in for repair):

The sound board (PCB) is an electronic board that contain parts sensitive to ESD. Any wiring as an installed prop (repair service) or in the form of default assembly (New installation) is subjected to the provider’s ability to store it correctly and also handling it with the appropriate tools and ESD protection.

CIG cannot be held responsible for board(s) that arrived damaged or tested to be found unstable. It is under our absolute discretion to determine whether the supplied PCB board (Used or opened, damaged or tested as unstable/damaged) be included in our service for FX or repair,
or
We have to propose that a new and unopened PCB  be used or to be ordered directly from the makers/sellers for us to work on.
